Deposit and Booking
For bookings a deposit of £20 per room is required to confirm your reservation. A confirmed booking means acceptance of the following Conditions.

Cancellations
In case of cancellations, the deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel within 5 days of your booked arrival date you will be charged for the full value of your booking if the room cannot be re-let. Non-arrivals will also be liable for 100% charge for the full duration of your booking.
We strongly recommend that guests take out appropriate travel insurance.

Arrival and Departure
Rooms are available from 5.00pm (please let us know if you require an earlier check-in). Should you be likely to arrive after 7.00pm then please let us know in advance. Rooms should be vacated by no later than 10.30am.
